Because humans are both the creator and the user of technological means and methods to achieve the highest economic benefits for society, for businesses and for themselves. However, human resources play its role, not by quantity but in quality. Therefore, the issue of training and developing human resources is becoming a pressing issue of each country in general and businesses in particular. A reasonable training and development strategy will bring into play the highest internal strengths, promote the working ability, the creativity of employees, enhance responsibility, increase labor productivity and business efficiency. Currently, Vietnam is entering a new period of development after fully integrating into a globalized economy, with unprecedented opportunities and challenges, requiring adaptive human resources. On the other hand, the quality of our country's human resources is currently assessed to be low, not meeting the social development goals. Therefore, the need for training and improving the skills of workers becomes more important and necessary. In fact, it has been shown that investment in human resources can bring about much higher efficiency than investment in technical equipment innovation and other factors of production and business process. That is also the reason why the experienced business leaders of the US and Japan both pay first attention to the training and development of human resources. After a period of internship and understanding the current situation of human resources of Vietnam lighting Company in recent years, I realize that the training and development of human resources always plays an important role important and become a regular task that is given proper attention. However, with the strong development of science and technology, the changing business environment the training and development of human resources in the company also revealed its shortcomings and limitations. So how to improve and further the efficiency of training and development of human resources in the company in order to improve the qualifications of improve employees, improve the competition of the business, to meet the timely with the change?.
